During individual therapy, we will identify your short and long-term goals and begin working to accomplish those through recurring sessions.
Throughout our time together we will work together experientially – which means we’ll use interventions that are interactive, simultaneously working with your mind AND your body! Embodied work can support you to bring self-limiting narratives and past traumas to the surface for healing – breaking the cycles that are no longer serving you.
While my training has spanned over 10 years, my passion is resolving trauma and bridging the gap between the mind and the body using Breathwork, Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM) for trauma, and Psychodrama. Each of these modalities is evidence-based and requires extensive training + on-going supervision.

Breathwork sessions occur either 1:1 or in a group setting via a workshop. The 3 primary ways we will work to build a relationship with your breath are Breath Awareness, Nervous System Regulation, and Transformative Breathwork. Individual Intensives
Intensives

Individual Intensives are 1:1 experiential therapy for three full, consecutive days. This experience creates a depth and container that can be hard to achieve in weekly individual therapy sessions alone.
Each intensive is unique to the challenges and desires a person presents. Together we’ll use experiential methods to help you drop into your body and utilize your inherent wisdom to heal. During this work, you’ll gain tools to increase emotional regulation and resolve conflict in your life.
Whether you’re looking to kickstart your healing journey or have immersed yourself in years of work, an intensive is designed to uncover the patterns that are holding you back from your most authentic life. No prior therapy or “healing” experience is required.
